Zegul 550

The Zegul 550 is a fast and versatile touring kayak. It is equally suited for expeditions, exercise and play. The stern deck is significantly lower than the bow deck, and the hull is featured with well-defined chines, that makes the 550 easy to paddle and effortless to turn even without a rudder. The high quality standard construction is with a vacuum infused fiberglas lay-up with hybrid inner layer in the hull, also with extra reenforced keel. Optional construction is a vacuum infused carbon/aramide fiber lay-up. On both contortions hull and deck are joined with robust Kevlar tape. The 550 is equipped with the best components on the market and this together with the high quality construction makes it a pure premium kayak. The kayak is fast and course stable in an up-right position. These characteristics in combination with the classic features and time-less design creates a kayak for those who really love to paddle!
